Please make sure to take photos showing the issue and contact us via the contact form or at contact [at] sixwood [dot] fr with your order number so we can resolve the problem for you.
You can return your package along with its return authorization number to the company address specified in the Legal Notice at the bottom of the page.

If the order is recent and we haven’t started manufacturing or customizing your mini-PC yet, a modification is possible. Contact us as soon as possible via the contact form or email.

Absolutely! In fact, it is recommended, as our production is artisanal and therefore limited. We process orders in the order they are received.
