"After fifteen years building digital solutions and an international academic journey—including a US MBA—I felt a vital need to return to the physical world. Driven by a passion for woodworking, I sought a 'total' dimension for my creations: where the mind designs on a computer and the hands craft at the workbench. SixWood was born from this duality. My ambition is not simply to build computers, but to prove that technology can be designed differently: with elegance, durability, and ecological awareness. To inspire through the object itself, and to open the perspective of a more organic technology that respects our environment: this is what drives the SixWood workshop every day."
I was curious to see what a mini PC in a wooden case would look like, but I was honestly surprised by the result. The inlay is superb, the craftsmanship is clean, and the whole thing feels incredibly solid. You can really tell it's handmade. The only thing is that the wood is a bit lighter than I imagined, but in the end, it looks great on my desk. I'm really happy with my purchase.
